Refund Policy

At Cleverlyo, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

• Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Cleverlyo will cover the return shipping cost.


Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
• Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days (depending on your payment provider).

Fees & Deductions

For customer-initiated cancellations or returns due to change of mind:

• A payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per order) may be deducted from your refund.
👉 This fee is not imposed by Cleverlyo, but rather charged by the credit card company or payment processor at the time your payment is authorized.

• Any applicable return shipping costs may also be deducted.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Cleverlyo will:

• Provide a full refund or replacement
• Cover return shipping costs when applicable

Original shipping charges (the cost to ship the order to you) are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they enter the processing stage.

Processing usually begins within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• Items returned in used or damaged condition due to customer misuse

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect
